SHORT DESCRIPTION


The development and transformation of businesses demand complex, multidimensional skills. In this program, you will not only acquire theoretical and methodological knowledge of innovation, but also develop practical business expertise in project management, analytical methods, evaluation techniques, and professional business communication and negotiation.


We guide you in understanding the interconnections and interactions within corporate management, preparing you for mid- to senior-level leadership roles across various sectors of the domestic and international economy.


A business consists of many interconnected components. In this master’s program, we equip students with advanced theoretical and methodological knowledge in business development and innovation, enabling them to analyze complex business activities and address challenging development tasks.


Through case studies, real-life examples, and system-level thinking exercises, students gain a deeper understanding of business dynamics and learn to approach problems from a strategic, holistic perspective.

The master’s program focuses on the creation of start-up enterprises and the innovative management and development of businesses. Students learn methods for analyzing business activities and proposing solutions for the growth and innovation of small and medium-sized enterprises.
