The METU Lounge has opened on the Nagy Lajos Campus!

You can now officially take over the METU Lounge! The small house on Nagy Lajos király út has been completely renovated and designed especially for you, our students.
This community space is open from today on weekdays between 8:00 and 18:00 — no prior booking needed.
The goal of the Lounge is to provide an open, inspiring, and freely usable space where you can study, work together, recharge, have conversations, or simply take a break.
Draw inspiration from each other, start collaborative projects here, make new friends — and use this space freely, because it’s YOURS!
At the official opening ceremony, President and CEO Dr. Gréta Czene and Rector Prof. Dr. Tamás Gergely Kucsera symbolically handed over the renewed spaces to the Student Union.
Let the METU Lounge become the home of creativity, community, and inspiration — and make the most of it!
