Our team answers e-mails during the working hours on workdays

  • Please note that the answer time is within 2 workdays!

In the electronic question form you are required to provide the following data:

  • your name,
  • your Neptun code – please pay special attention to your correct Neptun code!
  • the relevant program concerning your question,
  • the email address registered in Neptun,
  • the subject and details of your question.


In-person administration

We recommend that you make an appointment for personal administration in advance via the following link: https://www.metubudapest.hu/webbooking-en

After a successful reservation, you will receive a confirmation e-mail in which you will find your reservation ID. Upon your arrival enter your Booking ID into the ticketing kiosk at your Meeting Point and it will issue your queue number after the check-in.

Do you come to the personal customer service without making a prior appointment?

For personal administration, it is necessary to draw a paper-based ticket using the totems displayed on the campuses. Please note that the lastt serial number can be issued no later than 15 minutes before the personal customer service closes.

Only the following types of administration can be arranged in person: 

  • Student Card administration 
  • Certificate handover: only in case that the collection of hard copy document was indicated in the relevant Neptun request and the request is already accepted.
  • Degree certificate handover: only in case you received a notification that it is ready to be picked up at Student Information Centre

Regular opening hours:

  • Monday to Friday: 12.30 - 15.30

Rózsa street 4., Office A007:

Only the following types of administration can be arranged in person:

  • Student Card administration 
  • Certificate handover: only in case that the collection of hard copy document was indicated in the relevant Neptun request and the request is already accepted. 

Regular opening hours:

  • Wednesday and Thursday:  12.30 - 15.30
  • Monday, Tuesday and Friday: CLOSED

INFO Park, Building ‘D’ (1117 Budapest, Neumann János street), Office D221 (second floor):

Only the following types of administration can be arranged in person:

  • Student Card administration 

Regular opening hours:

  • Tuesday: 9:00 - 15:00 (closed between 12.00 - 13.00)
  • Monday, Wednesday, Tuesday and Friday: CLOSED
